Orders are only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
We accept major debit and credit cards. All payments are processed securely.
We do not accept cheques or cash payments.
If an order is flagged as potentially fraudulent, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction.
If a part is not in stock, we will notify you of any delays via phone or email.
Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.
Delivery costs are shown at checkout and depend on location and shipping method.
For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or local handling fees.
GENUINE OEM parts must be returned within 7 working days unopened to be eligible for a full refund.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was sent in error or is faulty.
All returns must be accompanied by a completed Returns Form .
A restocking fee may apply at our discretion.
Faulty items must be returned to us for inspection before any refund or replacement is issued.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or modifications.

Part numbers are provided for reference and do not indicate the manufacturer unless clearly stated.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss including loss of earnings or vehicle downtime.
We accept no liability for issues arising from third-party installation or damage during fitting.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in supplying goods due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supplier delays, transport issues, strikes, or technical failures.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. By purchasing from us, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
