Returns & Refund Policy
At JFR Autoparts, we prioritize quick dispatch of orders, often aiming to ship on the same day. Due to this, cancellations must be made promptly. If the order hasn’t been dispatched yet, a full refund will be issued. However, once the items are in transit, cancellations are no longer possible and will be treated as returns.

Returning Items

Customers may return any unused products within 30 days of dispatch for a full refund, provided they are in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Please note that Genuine Land Rover parts must be returned within seven working days from dispatch, unopened, to qualify for a full refund. A 15% restocking fee may apply to any items not meeting these conditions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, JFR Autoparts can arrange collection upon request — any associated charges will be passed on to the customer. We highly recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost return parcels.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If goods arrive visibly damaged, customers are eligible for a refund or exchange only if the delivery is signed for as damaged. In such cases, please notify us immediately upon receipt. We cannot process claims for damage if the delivery is signed for as “received in good condition.” Visible damage must be reported within 2 days, and any shortages or other issues must be reported within 4 days via phone or email.

Warranty Information

All parts sold by JFR Autoparts come with a 6-month warranty starting from the date of receipt — not from the installation date. Warranty claims must include a Warranty Returns Form . All warranty returns are reviewed by the original manufacturers, whose decisions are final. Please note, the warranty covers only the part itself — any consequential loss, labor, or additional damage is not covered.

Incorrect Items Sent

Although we take multiple steps to ensure accuracy in dispatching, if you happen to receive an incorrect item, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. Please get in touch with our support team at sales@jfrautoparts.co.uk for prompt assistance.

Advance Replacements

In rare cases where waiting for the return isn’t feasible, we can send out a replacement in advance with a temporary charge. This charge is refunded once the original item is returned and received in acceptable condition. Again, we advise using a tracked service when sending parts back to avoid issues with lost items.
