At JFR Autoparts Ltd, we prioritize quick dispatch of orders, often aiming to ship on the same day. Due to this, cancellations must be made promptly. If the order hasn’t been dispatched yet, a full refund will be issued. However, once the items are in transit, cancellations are no longer possible and will be treated as returns.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, JFR Autoparts Ltd can arrange collection upon request — any associated charges will be passed on to the customer. We highly recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost return parcels.
All parts sold by JFR Autoparts Ltd come with a 6-month warranty starting from the date of receipt — not from the installation date. Warranty claims must include a Warranty Returns Form . All warranty returns are reviewed by the original manufacturers, whose decisions are final. Please note, the warranty covers only the part itself — any consequential loss, labor, or additional damage is not covered.
